Whisky & Grain Spirit

Having laid down our spirit in 2015, in 2019 we became only the 8th English Distillery since 1903 to release an authentic Englishwhisky. Cattle Creep (our very first release) aged in 55L Madeira casks for 3 years, soon to be followed by Solstice and Equinox, all made by us from grain to glass. But age isn’t everything, and this selection also includes our Fyr Drenc range of grain spirits, including our Islay-style beech smoked expression, and our occasional release of Sweet Chestnut cask-aged. You’ll also find occasional limited editions, and unusual Beer Spirits. Note: All of our spirits are non-chill filtered. As such, natural sediment can occur.
