Whether you’re planning a wedding, anniversary, milestone birthday, or other celebration, our Bespoke Wedding Spirit Experience lets you create a personalised gin, botanical rum, or vodka—designed, distilled, and bottled with your story in mind.

What’s Included in the Experience?

Initial consultation with our head distiller, Laurence, via video call or in person at a time that suits you
Discussion of your preferred botanicals, bottle formats, and label design
A scheduled distilling day (approx. 3-4 hours) where you’ll:
Weigh out your botanicals
Learn the distillation process
Help craft your own spirit
Around 5 litres of your bespoke gin, rum, or vodka
Bottling in your choice of standard bottle sizes and closures
Option to pop into town for lunch during your distilling session
Post-distillation resting period of 5+ days to allow flavours to settle
Finalisation of label design and bottling choices
Collection or delivery once your spirit is packaged and ready
