Robust and full of character, our Cider Vinegar (1L and 5L) is made from carefully pressed culinary and dessert apples, fermented on wild yeasts and then left to slowly acetify over several years. The cider vinegar is unfiltered with the live ‘mother’ intact.
Our indulgent Oak Aged Cider Vinegar (70cl only) is aged in ex red wine casks for added depth and complexity, it delivers a crisp, tangy bite with mellow rounded notes: perfect for dressings, marinades, or a daily splash of natural goodness.
